How do I return my item? 

To be able to process your return and refund efficiently, please follow the below guidance:

1. Package your item securely! 

If you can, please return your product in its original packaging. If this is not possible, please ensure parcels are packaged safe, secure and robust with a label that is clearly visible.  

2. Include your order number

    When packaging your item to return, please complete and include the returns slip included with your package If you no longer have this paperwork handy, please add a note into the parcel with the following information: 

    - Order Number (this can be found on your confirmation email) 

    - Name and address 

    - Reason for return

    We will only be able to process your replacement or refund if your order number is included.

    3. Return your parcel

    We recommended that you use a tracked service such as Royal Mail or Evri and keep your tracking reference secure along with proof of postage. Please ensure you have paid the appropriate postage cost for your returned item.

    You are responsible for the costs to return products to us unless the product is deemed to be faulty after our warehouse has reviewed the product.

    Don’t forget to include your invoice or your order number, so that we can process your request efficiently.
